went to redhill(my grandpa's shop) to help for these 2 days.For these 2 days,i only help out at the counter when my aunt and uncle are busying arranging the goods.=)For these few days sitting @ the counter,i had some observations on the customers who bought things from our shops... :))
hmm.. some customers are bad temper,weird,troublesome,stingy and slow..hahas.no offence.
BAD TEMPER:there is a customer,who buys a set of newspaper(the straits times).. normally,customers who buy newspaper do not need a plastic bag.So i just tell him,80 cents pls.. and he raise his voice and said..'WHERE IS MY PLASTIC BAG?!' OMGness! is like i owe him like that.. cant he say properly ?
WEIRD: many ppl come to our shop is to buy cigarettes...one of our regular customers is really picky and weird.. he buy cigarettes still must choose the pictures on the box=.="if he is scared of the pictures.. he shld quit smoking..still choose here choose there.
TROUBLESOME: Some customers can be really troublesome.. cannot tahan.when u are busy,they will keep asking..'How much is this ?' for a few times.But in the end they never buy.haiiyo..then they ask for wat ? some customers is like.. when u give back the change,they request to change notes to coins.Cant they see that we are really busy ?=.="
STINGY AND SLOW: As for some customers,when they give u the money,u can sense that they cant bare to give u the money.hahas.and i will like just snatch the money from them..and some customers who can be really slow at digging for their money.They can pour out all the coins from their wallet,and took a super long time counting the money and obstructing the way.=.="
